[LDM #HMA-788722]: LDM problem

John,

We're going to take the back-end server that's feeding you
NEXRAD2 data offline.  This will be transparent to you -- you'll
just see a reconnection -- so you don't need to do anything.  It
should show, however, whether or not the problem is at our end.
