[LDM #XGW-548251]: Problem building ldm on SunOS 5.11

Thanks for allowing me on your system.

I found the problem (missing typedef in rpc/types.h)
and built the package.  You need to
complete the installation starting with the "make
install_setuids" command.

The fix for SunOS 5.11 will be in the next release.
