Harry, > From looking at the logic in palt.c, since the product was received > before 0000UTC 1 May, it tried "April 1" first. Since that time was not > 1.5 days in the future, that is what was used. You need a check to make > sure the date is not way (how about 10 days) in the past. Yes, the algorithm is broken. :-( My only consolation is that it was broken (in a different way) before I "fixed" it. I'll have a new version out before the end of the month.
