[LDM #NXJ-554265]: LDM setup questions

A quick note...  I rebooted your machine at about 4:25 pm, and verified that
the LDM was automatically started.

Next up, implementing pqact.conf actions for your NNEXRAD and EXP feeds.  We
sent a note to the U. Iowa folks regarding the EXP products in hopes that they
would have advice on how to FILE the products for hydro use.
