[LDM #BKT-485550]: Problems with profiler data

Hi Laurie,

We got some information back from ESRL/GSD regarding the RASS data:

It looks like we will have to live with the quality of the RASS data
that we are getting through the IDD. I am sorry that the news is not
better.
