Mark, You might also be able to do what you want by having the "standby" LDM request data from the "active" LDM and populate its own product-queue. Then, when you want to take the active LDM host offline, you'd need to reconfigure the standby LDM to request from the regional HQ-s as well as change its IP address to match the (now offline) host and then restart the LDM on the standby host.
