[LDM #WSB-624311]: LDM DEBUG Messages

The DEBUG messages can be safely ignored.

In order for them to be sent to the syslog(8) daemon, the LDM utilities would 
have to be invoked with the "-x" option.

> The install was the latest stable ldm (6.4.5) on Redhat WS4 system.
