[LDM #AET-991057]: LDM 6.4.4----two problems

The downstream LDM process was told by the operating-system that the TCP 
connection to the upstream LDM was closed.  The downstream LDM was not given a 
reason.  The reason might be found in the corresponding log entries on the 
upstream LDM (host wxmcidas).  Use the timestamps to correlate the messages.
