Because the LDM system runs in the home-directory of the LDM user by default, the absolution pathname of the decoder program in question should be "$HOME/decoders/dcnldn". Does it exist? If it exists, then it is likely that the PATH environment variable isn't set-up correctly for the LDM. The command "ldmadmin config" will show you the PATH that the LDM system will use. If necessary to set the PATH correctly, modify the PATH environment variable in the LDM user's user-shell and restart the LDM. If, however, the decoder doesn't exist, then you will have to install the package that contains it. I believe the above decoder is part of the GEMPAK package. Regards, Steve Emmerson
