20050310: updating LDM 6.0.14 to 6.2.1

Peter,

Considering how old your LDM system is, I wouldn't be surprised if you
needed to update your GEMPAK decoders as well -- I believe there have
been several changes to the format of the data-products since LDM 6.0.14
was released.  Consequently, I'm forwarding your inquiry to our GEMPAK
guru (I know very little about GEMPAK decoders).
