20050310: updating LDM 6.0.14 to 6.2.1

If you follow the installation and configuration instructions, which can
be found at

    http://my.unidata.ucar.edu/content/software/ldm/ldm-6.2.1/index.html

then you'll be fine.

Changes to the LDM are documented in the file CHANGE_LOG, which you'll
find in the top-level source-directory of the distribution.
