20050310: LDM problem

A clarification is in order.  The term "crash" connotes an abnormaly
terminated process (i.e., the process didn't call exit()).  All of the
processes referenced in your LDM logfile called exit() and, hence,
terminated normally.  This doesn't mean that the system behaved
correctly, however.

I assume the last entry above exemplifies the problem.

My diagnosis would be helped by seeing the LDM logfile from host
"ls1-afg" corresponding to the above.  Please send me that excerpt if
you can.
