The problem appears to be the last entry in your pqact(1)
configuration-file:
DDPLUS ^_ELSE_$ FILE data/nwx/unknown/%m%d_else.wmo
The resulting output files are at the maximum limit (a little over 2
GB).
I commented-out this entry.
I also corrected two entries that were using the replacement strings
"(\3:yy)(\4:mm)" because the "4"s should have been "3"s.
You'll need to restart your LDM for these changes to take effect.
