Yes.

There is no problem in having multiple pqact invocations for the
same feed type(s). In fact, one of the mistakes users make is
to do this unintentionally. Here is an example:
exec "pqact"
exec "pqact -f WMO etc/pqact.neiley_wx"
The first 'pqact' invocation is run for any/all feeds; the second
for HDS|IDS|DDPLUS.
