Ying, I logged in and found that you had a typo on your pqact.conf pattern on spring.scs. You had an extra <tab> character following the ^.* patternm, so that the incoming data file was not matching. I corrected that, and ran the pqinsert from unidata.scs and it did update the output file on spring.
