Use of the LDM5 Site Managers Guide is deprecated.  The preferred 
documentation is the on-line, version-dependent "LDM Basics" web pages,
which can be reached from the LDM home-page at

    http://my.unidata.ucar.edu/content/software/ldm

by clicking on the LDM version and then "LDM Basics".
