LSU LDM upgrade on Sirocco.srcc.lsu.edu

The LDM system on system Sirocco.srcc.lsu.edu was upgraded to version 6.0.14.
Other LSU LDM hosts to follow in due course. Please expect short duration outages during the next 7 days.
