20030728: Texas mesonet radar

Gerry,

Several points I can make here:

First, you aren't requesting FNEXRAD in your ldmd.conf file, so
it is not arriving at your computer for pqact to act on and FILE.
Thus, you will not find any files.

Second, the FNEXRAD feed contains the floater sites selected
by several of the universites participating in the IDD, and these sites will
change throughout the day. The may not be Texas sites at all.

If you want to receive specific radar sites (rather than just the 3 sites
where interesting weather is ocurring, you want to access the NNEXRAD
feed.

The FNEXRAD feed does contain the radar mosaics that we are producing here and
inserting into that data stream.

I see that coriolis is receiving both FNEXRAD and NNEXRAD, so you have both
options.
