We have been testing a change made on Friday that eliminates the problem
reported by Dave W. of UIUC on Linux systems.  As soon as we are confident
that the problem is completely fixed, I will resend the request to
the select list of top level IDD relay nodes to upgrade.  This may be
as early as today, or, more probably, sometime tomorrow.
