Steves and Mike,

After Mike fixed the compiler license access problem on atm, I reran
configure and then tried make.  Here is the result:

Making `all' in directory /local/ldm/ldm-6.0.0.0/src/config

`all' is updated.

Returning to directory /local/ldm/ldm-6.0.0.0/src
