>From: Unidata User Support <address@hidden> >Organization: Unidata Program Center/UCAR >Keywords: MeteoForum Unidata LDM NTP Hi, I am working with Dr. Jose Ricardo Sandos de Souza <address@hidden> and Galdino V. Mota <address@hidden> of the Universidade Federal do Par to setup realtime delivery of atmospheric science data to the machine desmata.ufpa.br. In order for us to collect accurate statistics on the reception of these data, the UFPA machine needs to maintain accurate time information. The web page: Public NTP Primary (stratum 1) Time Servers http://www.eecis.udel.edu/~mills/ntp/clock1.htm indicates that a machine in your domain, ntp1.rnp.br (200.19.119.69), could possibly be used for this purpose. The same web page advises one to request access to NTP services from the email address this note is addressed to. If this is the correct contact address, can you grant NTP access for desmata.ufpa.br to ntp1.rnp.br? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Tom Yoksas
