I wanted to let you know that I've been talking with someone at Packeteer and am in the process of building a web page to help our sites configure Packetshaper properly. I hope to have that done soon. Xioadong implied that Packetshaper would only be turned off temporarily at your site. But, Packetshaper should be configurable so that LDM traffic flows smoothly while other "undesirable" traffic is throttled back. I'll let you know as soon as the web page is ready.
