Hi Kwan,

You're very welcome.  

I wanted to let you know that I've been talking with someone at
Packeteer and am in the process of building a web page to help our sites
configure Packetshaper properly.   I hope to have that done soon.  
Xioadong implied that Packetshaper would only be turned off temporarily
at your site.  But, Packetshaper should be configurable so that LDM
traffic flows smoothly while other "undesirable" traffic is throttled
back.  I'll let you know as soon as the web page is ready.
