NMC2 product losses

Hi Harry,

I've compiled some results regarding product loss for the NMC2 feed. 
It's pretty interesting.  Some results are available in a table form at
http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/staff/anne/sunnyLoss.html.  I've only got 6
hours in the table so far, but I'll be preoccupied for most of the rest
of the day, so I thought I'd share this much with you now. 

I'm shocked to see how many products are lost.  And, offhand, the loss
isn't necessarily associated strictly with disconnects.   Maybe it's a
function of disconnects plus how far behind sunny is at the time.  

I need to dash off for now.  More later...
