LDM on cirp

Regarding your ldm, the logs on thelma are filled with messages like the

This is occurring roughly twice per minute.  Are you getting any data?

Also, traceroutes to your site seem to indicate problems on your
campus.  I've done a few throughout the day, and the results have always
been like this:

I'd like to get this straightened out as the constant disconnects may be
impacting thelma's performance.  Please let me know how things are going
