HI Jeff,

We are neck deep in user committee meetings all day today and tomorrow.

I will not be able to address it until the weekend or next week. You can
install GEMPAK w/out a pqact.conf but no products will be available as
pqact passes the GEMPAK decoders over the data...now you see why we wanted
to save your old pqact.conf from back-up.

I suspect Steve Chiswell will create enough of a pqact.conf to begin
GEMPAK when he gets on your machine, i will then finish it for the other
data products..

Thank you,

-Jeff
