You can try any of:

meteora.ucsd.edu
cirrus.al.noaa.gov
cirp.met.utah.edu
navierldm.meteo.psu.edu
snow.cit.cornell.edu
flood.atmos.uiuc.edu
stokes.metr.ou.edu
profhorn.meteor.wisc.edu
sunny.atmos.washington.edu

Some may not let you in.  If they don't just try another one.  Let me
know if this doesn't solve your problem.
