This looks good.

However, we are still unresolved about the bigger issue of the location
of the queue.  I would like to simply delete the existing queue and make
a new queue on /opt on blizzard.  If blizzard acts up too much, then the
entire ldm must be moved to another host.  But, in the meantime we can
at least get this one set up properly.  Is that ok with you?
