Hi Jeff,
One thing first: please change the owner of
/home/kramer3/users/ldm/data/ldm.pq from 'jstitler' to 'ldm'. As user
'ldm' I can't do that. You can do
'chown ldm /home/kramer3/users/ldm/data/ldm.pq'
or, if for some reason that doesn't work, then as 'jstitler' remove that
file, then as user 'ldm' do
'ldmadmin mkqueue'
When you own that file (i.e. the queue), that restricts what user 'ldm'
can do with it. For example, I can't see what's coming in to the
queue. Here's what I get:
blizzard{ldm}56: ldmadmin watch
Oct 17 20:42:36 pqutil: pq_open: /home/kramer3/users/ldm/data/ldm.pq:
Permission denied
You probably should do the same for pqsurf.pq. I'm not convinced that
you need that queue at this point, but might as well give it the correct
ownership just in case.
I'll wait until you've done this to do anything further.
