Art,
If it's easy to do, it would be nice to allow us in. It would be
helpful to get all the way to your site just as a data point when we're
doing such stuff.
Regarding today, I can only identify Abilene as being relatively slow.
How long have you been seeing such latencies? And, I'd be interested to
know when you see these latencies go away (assuming that does actually
happen).
