You must have a special line in your ldmd.conf file that looks like this: # Giving permission to your own machine and Unidata allow ANY ^((localhost|loopback)|(127\.0\.0\.1\.?$)|([a-z].*\.unidata\.ucar\.edu\.?$)) Make sure that this line is in your ldmd.conf, and please let me know if this fixes your problem.
