Initially I added an additional 'allow' line for you to get the NEXRAD
feed.  So this is what was in the conf file:

allow  WMO|DIFAX|NMC3   ^(sleet|frost|ingestor)\.wunderground\.com$
allow  NEXRAD          frost\.wunderground\.com$

Then I changed it to the following:

allow   NEXRAD|WMO|DIFAX|NMC3  
^(sleet|frost|ingestor)\.wunderground\.com$
#allow  NEXRAD          frost\.wunderground\.com$

I think Tom's experienced this before.  It's definately not a feature! 
I'll have to look into this.
