Hi Celia,

I just logged on to your machine and attempted to make a
small queue (you will see a directory under ldm-5.1.2 called
tmp, where I tried to make the queue).  It also failed.

It looks like you got a binary distribution.  Are you sure
you got the right binary?  Which one did you get?
