Hi Dave,

I will help you get going in delivering the NOGAPS data to the ldm server.   Do 
you
have a sample file containing a portion of the data stream?  (Maybe that's what 
you
were referring to above.)  I'd prefer to test the ingest here first to make 
sure things
are working as I expect.
