Hi Christian,  I"m glad things have improved.

We recommend that you not request the same feed from two sites due to the extra 
traffic and LDM overhead that incurs.  If your
connections aren't that good to begin with, the extra traffic won't help.

Robb has suggested you try requesting IDD|DDPLUS from one backup and HDS from 
the other backup.
