Hi Samir,
I apologize for not sending my first response to you properly!
The 'skipped' and 'RECLASS' strings in your log file show me that products are
being
sent to your site but are being rejected due to a timing problem. The LDM only
stores
data that is less than 1 hour old. One cause would be if your system clock is
wrong -
give that a check. Another problem would be network congestion, although it
seems
unlikely that would occur for a real long time. But, you can check product
latencies
by doing a
'notifyme -vl -'. Each line will give you two times. If the difference
between those
two times are greater than one hour, products will be discarded.
Give these two things a try and let me know the result.
