save the old pqact, if a problem
   
      % mv ~ldm/bin/pqact ~ldm/bin/pqact.sav

I did the move before the shutting down the LDM, it didn't crash because
pqact was cached in memory. But, I'm a lucky guy. So go ahead and make the
changes to the Web page
