Alan,
Yes, this will make files using the pattern
([A-Z]...)\.([0-3][0-9][0-9]..)
in the data/SURF......... directory. Then the files need to be
requeued. The modHdrs takes your acqserver file headers and converts them
to the standard NOAAport headers that pqsurf can interpret. It doesn't
change the internal data.
