Robb-
There we're two problems that Charlie O'Brien (WSI) found that got it
running smoothly
1) the hosts files on the two machines needed to be identical
2) the times on the two machines needed to be in sync.  they are currently
not zulu, but the wsi headers are in zulu.  I'm going to update the clocks
to zulu today.

Otherwise its working, I just need to set up a script to check that
everything's running, and a cronjob to pqexpire and scour.  These machines
aren't on the internet, so I can't send latency reports to you, or e-mails
to myself.
