Re: pqact errors

Brian,

I logged into your machine and found some missing directories. 
Some of the gempak decoders create their own directories, others not. I
created the data/gempak/surface dir and files started to appear.  I
suggest that you scan your pqact.conf file and create the needed dirs and
then let see if other errors arise.
