Mike, Do the command from the ldm home dir % ps -p `cat ldmd.pid` should show the ldm processes Also do command % rpcinfo -t localhost 300029 5 This should state the status of the ldm It's because of one of the routine check_running or check_registered is failing in the ldmadmin script.
