20051020: zlibg2gini for NOAAPORT sounder images (cont.)

Interesting, I would not have expected this.

Just so you know, I implemented the second modification I suggested and
just tested it on a couple of sounder and non-sounder images:  the
indicated and actual file sizes match as they should.  I will be using
it in the next release of zlibg2gini.c in ldm-mcidas.
