A notifyme to your LDM machine for the past hour shows that you are
receiving  GOES-West (currently GOES-10) products:

Aside from the verbose GOES-10 label, you can see that the non-CIMSS
GOES-West (10) products are recognizable by their product codes UB, U9,
and U5, and your machine is receiving them.  This must mean that there
is a problem with your pqact.conf entries for those products.

Since both Chiz and I sent you example pqact.conf entries, I have no way
of knowing which one(s) you are using.  If you send us the actions that
you setup for the GOES-West products, we can work through them to find
out why they are not working.
