[IDV #XQW-630378]: problem loading bundles and catalogs

Hi Jeff,

The bundles under Bundles-->Weather have already updated in the RAMADDA server 
and I am not sure why the older version IDV has
pointed to the threddsrc server. These bundles are stored in the RAMADDA server 
and should be independent
of the version of the IDV. But, update your IDV to 6.2 version and you will not 
see those errors.
