[IDV #UWE-267325]: IDV 6.2 says new version is available, but not on downloads

Yes, I noticed it too. After the web structure changed, the build IDV script 
does not copy the javadoc folder to
the right place and I have to modified it manually. Hope it will be better next 
release.
