I found some old WRF files that simulated a hurricane of 2014, and I see no
problem of creating cross section
of same variable, I wonder if it is possible the problem of the grid size of
the model domain. Again,
the cross section has all points of interpolated values, if the horizontal grid
size and vertical grid
size are not proportional it might cause some problem to find the value and
return null value.
This is just my guessing.
