[IDV #XKY-272008]: Loading Soil Map .nc File Issue

Dr. Zhang,

My college forwarded the equipment award proposal, and I found it very 
interesting. Several years ago, a
Geophysics version of the IDV called GEON IDV developed by UNAVCO. If there is 
any chance I would like
to revive this effort with the collaboration with professors from these two 
universities. Here is a link
