Hi Yang,

In general, the IDV is not a tool for downloading the data, it is designed for 
accessing and analyzing the 
remote and local dataset. If you can provide me some more information regarding 
your research and your institute, and your
usage of these datasets, I might have some suggestions on how to do it.
