[IDV #WNP-374353]: IDV errors

This sounds like the "race" issue of some multi-threads, but not enough 
information for me to dig deeper. If it is possible, 
you can use the data from Unidata TDS and create a bundle, so I can try to 
reproduce in my developer machine. 
Sometimes this kind of problem can not be repeated in another machine, and make 
it difficult to solve.
