[IDV #WNM-269516]: kml file can't be chosen with version 5.6u1

Hi Bill,

Sorry for the delayed reply, I was on travel last week.

I suspect this is the bug we introduced when we added the weather warning kml 
file. Could you send me your kml file so I can
test this out locally.
