[IDV #DXA-191983]: wrfout files not loading in the IDV

Hi Kelly,

This is not a standard wrfout except the naming. There is no coordinates 
attribute and can not
find vertical dimension variable. The attribute can be modified by the ncml, 
but missing the 
dimension variable is difficult to deal with.
